Good morning everyone. The morning is slowly slipping away. I slept until 902 this morning going to bed around 1040. Slept really good last night. I really messed up yesterday on exercising. I forgot..can't you believe that? Well I did. I was so busy trying to clean house that I forgot about regular exercise. I did mop / sweep all of my floors (5 of them), did 2 loads of laundry, dishes and cleaned my bathroom. I'd consider some of that heavy cleaning but my steps were far and few. (about 2000) I did not add this to my exercise but I'm having thoughts to because that was almost 2 hours of solid cleaning. Today I am shredding paperwork. 5 years worth of receipts etc. I'm waiting on my shredder to cool down. It's the first time I've used it. I heard a funny sound a few minutes ago and I'm hoping I didn't tie the motor up in it. I'll let it cool for a few hours and try again. There are other things I can be doing right now. Next week is Spring Pick up here in the town where I live. You can put anything out and they will pick it up. WooHoo.. I'm trying to clean a small room out this time around. We also have a fall pick up here. It's a nice time to clean and just get rid of junk ya know what I mean? We all have it laying around.
