Still Getting It Done

I haven't posted for a bit, I'm still hanging in there and working out. Got my first "3 times a week" in this week. The first two weeks I only managed twice each week. Something came up each week, I'm hoping to keep up the 3. Today was a tough one for me, it was overcast most of the morning and my allergies were kicking in to boot. I really had to make myself get dressed and get over there. I actually like my workout, I just need to keep at it, even when I don't feel like it. On the up side, I did lose 1.6 pounds this week, pretty good for me! LOL I'm hanging in there! Good weekend everyone!
