Learning new stuff

Several weeks ago I bought the NuWave Mini Oven. It is just the right size for me cooking only for myself. It took me a little time to go play with it – I am one who wants to read all the accompanying instructions for a new appliance and the cookbook before I jump right in. Well, I “jumped in” last night. I wanted a hard- boiled egg and “experimented”. I took a raw egg , opened the mini oven and put the egg onto the rack. In 14 minutes, on the #9 heat button the oven buzz sounded. I took the egg out with tongs (it was hot) and put it as directed into cold water for just long enough to cool it. Then I pealed it and had a fine hard-boiled egg! I was delighted – I had a tasty egg, saved, time, water and electricity! The oven can is bake, roast, grill, dehydrate, steam, air-fry and barbecue, I read. It will take me some time to experiment more you may be sure but I’m eager to try a breakfast recipe next.
And, no, I don’t work for NuWave! I’m just a happy customer. Watch some of the TV commercials or go to NuWave’s internet site. I can’t begin to explain any more than one recipe at a time. Breakfast next!
