Thank you broken toe…

For the last few years I’ve maintained my weight goal. In February I broke my toe and about the same time committed to a vegan diet for lent.
I’ve keep the weight off with a low carbohydrate diet and running; so I knew this would be a challenge.
Fast forward two months later; I gained 10 lbs
now I’m back to the ESSENTIALS;
Drinking Water (No more wine, cokes and coffee)
Eat Healthy (No more running more so I can eat more)****BAD HABIT
Moral of this story;
I was sabotaging myself daily and didn't realize it because the scale said I was okay.
