Chicken Sausage Veggie pasta

This was really good, but WAY too much pasta! next time I will use 1/4 of the amount of pasta.

    I just must stay away from pasta, bread, rice, cereal, and cookies/cakes/pies. Not good for me.

    I absolutely LOVE al fresco brand... the dish looks amazing!

    The sweet Italian sausage is my favorite right along side the Sweet Apple... they make some great dishes.

    My favorite is spaghetti squash lasagna... with the Italian chicken sausage, onion, garlic, mushrooms and either home made or an all natural Marinara sause... layered squash, sauce, meat mixture, repeated, topped with Romano Cheese, baked till heated through and YUM!!!
