Good morning one and all. What are your Friday plans? Mine, work, exercise and cleaning my house when I get home. I've made it 5 out of 7 days with continuing to do as I said I would at least 30 min of exercise and at least 35,000 steps in a seven day period. Last night I did some chair marching. I paid for it by having charlie horses on the insides of my upper thigh several times throughout the night. If you have never had that lovely experience, you don't want it, believe me.
