One of those mornings

I've been struggling this week with a sinus infection that was moving into bronchitis. I haven't slept the best. This was especially true last night when I went into a coughing attack at 3am and gods know when I finally got back to sleep. So needless to say when my alarm went off at 6am and I could hear a quiet thunder rolling outside, I reset my alarm for 6:25am and just layed there in bed. When the new alarm went off is when it hit me. AhYA! I had to be at the chiropractor at 7:15, so I couldn't leave the house late, and I had to make dinner still. Corned beef and cabbage needed to be thrown in the crockpot. UGH! Today is also quarterly inspections of our apartment and we didn't do dishes last night. So I piled up the dishes and hid them in the sink under a cutting board, made a piece of toast with peanut butter for breakfast, and threw together dinner. Didn't have time to eat the toast so I threw it in my lunch bag to eat on my way to work or at work when I made my lunch. I threw clothes on and brushed my teeth. OH Lovely! dropped toothpaste on my shirt. No time to change! Wiped it off the best I could while finishing brushing my teeth. Out the door exactly at 7am. Woooo, go me!

Yesterday was the complete opposite. Woke up and found out I was at 229 and did a mini self celebration. I had a leisurely bowl of corn flakes while watching the news. Got dressed and went to work. Why couldn't these days have been flipped? LOL On another positive about yesterday, I had a job interview that went well. They will be calling me for a second interview tomorrow or early next week! I feel good about this week!!! So today is merely funny to me. It's done with and everything was accomplished to the best it could be at the moment. More to come tonight!

Yuck, I used to get three to four sinus infections a year. I went many years without getting them and now I maybe get one a year.
