Time to Prepare

I am taking this week to prepare to start training for my next 5k, which will be in June as well as getting back on track and hopefully jump-starting the weight loss again. The goal is to be able to fully run my next 5k. I promised a friend that my next 5k I would actually run with her. This will be my 6th 5k in a year and I want to be able to actually run one instead of having to walk the majority of it. It will be a none scale victory because I have never been much of a runner nor will I probably ever be a serious runner. I have no idea of me being the fastest but no longer in the last 10. Today I did just what I set out to do. I walk/jogged 2 miles in the early morning. Then after work to make the most of the nice weather I was able to read and eat my Graze snack on the porch. Then I had zumba, which is always fun.

Okay, well I lost my train of thought for this blog post so instead of rambling on I will sign off since I need to get to sleep before the witching hour upon us.
