New workout plan

Neither hubby and I were honestly doing much working out. He got himself a spiffy new bike and I got a spiffy new treadmill, which were supposed to motivate us to work out at home because we are renovating our home and working 6 days a week. I am also attempting to keep up in six credits of college.

HA to motivation.

I lost one pound and gained three.

So last week we started exercising every morning. We definitely do NOT feel like it not one little bit, and I can tell you I am going to have to either grow my hair a lot faster or cut it all off again because it's not quite long enough for a ponytail and I don't have time to blow dry it before work. I'm not going to get up earlier to just to look stylish. HECK NO. I'm dragging as it is.

So far the routine is going fairly well. We have exercised every single morning for 6 in a row, regardless of the fact that we are both working our hineys off at our jobs and the downstairs of our house is basically on the front porch while we are getting new floors. Exercising anyway is pretty impressive.

Hopefully my next weighing will be less sad!
