The baby is here and is now 6 weeks old. It's definitely been an adjustment but he has brought me such joy!!!
I started out the pregnancy eating very healthy and exercising but the third trimester I lost all motivation. I definitely gained a lot more weight than I planned. However I'm not going to be depressed over it now because my son was/is super healthy and I had a great pregnancy!
I want to start tracking again but I am breastfeeding so I don't plan on being really strict.
Does any one know how to readjust your daily caloric intake needs? Because is like to readjust my stuff.
