Hey guys.

I know I said I was coming back and then made an abrupt disappearance again.

Some things went down in real life. Admittedly, some of it was just my being lazy. But a good portion of it was due to stress on my family.

My grandmother passed away on April 9th and we have been mourning her ever since and dealing with the aftermath and funeral.

She was an incredible woman with a strength that I know I will probably never match, even if I work at it every day for the rest of my life. She was ridiculously generous, funny, sharp as a tack, and worked harder for her family than anyone I've ever known. We are poorer for her passing.

I do intend to become active on here again, and achieve my goals, and get back on track with healthy food and not the comfort food I've been surviving on for the past week. I want to live a life that would make my gran proud.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandma! emoticon emoticon

Whenever you feel up to hanging out here with us, we will be really glad to have you here! emoticon

Remember, that you don't really have to visit with anyone to track your calories and exercise. You could ignore people for a while if it's easier. emoticon
