What a Week Ahead!

Spring has sprung--and way past spring into summer-high temperatures already! Fortunately, today is more like spring, with a light breeze and cooler weather that invites being outdoors. And still I am at home in PJs, reading a book and thinking about the week ahead.
So here's my intention for the week, to get out of my head and into action.
I will weigh myself on Sunday and Wednesday.
I will track my nutrition and plan ahead for my calorie and macronutrient goals daily on MyFitnessPal.
I will check in at SparkPeople daily, to track other goals like sleep and mood.
I will check in at my BLC28 Basic Training group at least 3x/this week to practice my social muscles and rehearse what the actual BLC experience will bring.
I will take walks at least 1x/day for at least 10 minutes each.
I will wear my FitBit and sync data to SP daily.
I will reach 10,000 steps at least 3x/this week.
I will sleep for at least 7 hours nightly.
I will track water and vegetable/fruit intake daily, aspiring for at least 80 oz water and 5 vegetable/fruit servings each day.
That's plenty! And accessible. So I'll report back as the week progresses, and again at the end of the week.
In this same week, I have a presentation to write, another writing deadline to meet, networking to accomplish, a garden to finish weeding and prepping for planting, and plenty of household tasks.
What a week ahead!
