Breakfast.

Today I ate breakfast........ this doesn't sound amazing, but for me it is. Not only did I eat breakfast, I wanted to eat breakfast........... it was only toast and a little jam, but it was breakfast! At breakfast time!

Yesterday was a shaky day for me - literally. I had shakes by lunchtime after putting fiber in my "breakfast" of coffee. So let's see if having some actual food for breakfast helps stave that off today!

    Having breakfast is good for your metabolism. Keep it up toast and jam is better than nothing. Sometimes I'll make smoothies with frozen fruit & yogurt and maybe some cucumber. It blends well it's fast and pretty healthy.

    I basically don't eat breakfast unless its fruit, this is how I get my 5 fruits in daily, I start my day with liquids, water, herbal tea then freshly juiced juice, if I feel the need some fruit, then mid day my meal for the day, I will only try to eat dinner if I feel hungry and make it a BIG salad, with lots of goodies. This is my regular routine, and I'm working my way back to it, for 2 yrs I lost my way, but I'm working my way back!

    girl.. If I had too much coffee and I wasn't use to it.. I would shake too.. Take care of yourself.. and yes you need a little bit of Breakfast and Lunch and a small Dinner..     I'm just starting to want breakfast. It took me forcing myself to eat a little something (usually toast with my morning tea) for a couple weeks before I finally woke up wanting breakfast. I hope it starts getting easier for you soon.

    Good for you! I can't go without breakfast...my problem is I tend to eat too much for breakfast.
