So glad I did it!!!

Today I felt yuk and did yesterday too but sucked it up. Exercise really makes a difference on your mood.
Track workout 2 laps warm up
4 laps fast
2 slow
10 min bike
Repeat the fast, slow bike with 2 cool down

100 pull

75 fast 15 sec rest
100 fast 15 sec rest
75 fast 15 sec rest
50 fast 15 sec rest

25 kick, 25pull x 6 times

100 cool down
