Down 3....it's a good place to start

Down 3 pounds this week and I have to admit I'm shocked. My workouts were not as great as I would have liked and my food choices were a little better than normal. I think however it is because of all the water that I was able to get in this week. My water intake has been right on point!
I just started a second round of Biggest Loser at work and really want to rock it this time. Now that it is getting nicer my main plan is to stop parking in the garage at the train station and get back into my walking there and home (3 miles round trip). I also want to start up Turbo Fire. I have all these great workout programs at home and honestly don't use them like I should be. So starting Monday (I like to start programs on Mondays) I will be using that program to kick bottom with. The length of these videos does vary so my plan is to do these in the morning of after work. The 30 min I have in the gym four days a week for DVD workouts will be used to do the 21DF or P90X3 workouts because I know each of them are 30 min. Wednesdays I do not have the room so this day I'm thinking either a walk to the art museum and back or T25 on my BeachBody On Demand site.
So to get up early and work out I will need to start getting to bed earlier. I've been waking up at 5am lately so I just need to drag myself out of the bed and get this done. I am going out to dinner with my husband tonight so it will be the perfect time to talk to him about this and get his support. Heck maybe he will even want to get up with me.....(yes that my shock me if he ever does. LOL) I will try and post a follow up blog tomorrow with how our talk went.
Alright....now to food plan for the next two weeks and make my shopping list for tomorrow!!
