This is a link to a site on yahoo with the above title. I do something that is against all the research. I eat 2 eggs almost everyday. I love eggs. My family all has high cholesterol. I tried stopping the intake of high cholesterol foods, with no change in my numbers. I started taking medicine after trying herbal supplements. My numbers are all very good. As I said I love eggs. I think it's the perfect food. I think science really doesn't know much about cholesterol. It's high in infancy and in the senior years. I think this is the norm. We weren't meant to live forever and high cholesterol kills. I think we need much more research to know. As a retired nurse I advise you to think out all the supposed facts about health and nutrition. For example not everyone needs 8 glasses of water or 64 ounces. The latest research says we need 1/2 to one ounce per pound of body weight. I researched this because I drink 192 ounces a day as a natural craving. Just things to think about .
