Same Old, Same Old

I just read over my last blog from almost a year ago.
The last line I wrote that blogging helped me the first time around. Here I go not taking my own good advice. I'm going to really try to blog at least once a week. If I can do that it will make staying on track easier for me.
After I get over this sinus infection I'm going to hit the gym like I was in the weeks leading up to being sick. I was working on weight lifting which I enjoy a lot more than running. I wish I could figure out the best workouts for weight lifting. I want to increase muscle/decrease fat while not bulking. Do I just go up a few pounds every week? More reps with more weight? Less reps with more weight?
I feel like there's gotta be a good way to go about it.
