GOT IN AN EXTRA 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE!

On Tuesday, I dared my Spririted Underdawgs team to do an extra 5 minutes of exercise a day. I am proud to say that today I got in an extra 10!!
That may not seem like a lot, but due to an upcoming surgery and chronic pain, any exercise done is a great day. My current short-team goal is to be able to to walk 1-1.5 miles by May 30th, the end of the Spring 5% Challenge. I am proud to say that today, I walked .7 miles. It may not be what I used to do, but it felt awesome. I have a buddy I walk with daily and she keeps me motivated.
Tracking food, daily walks and starting strength training and my next short & long-term goals.
Will get to my healthy lifestyle change, it may take longer than I hoped, but I will get there.
