HHA has made a difference

I did HHA for 6 days last week combined with the Firm and Walk Slim. This routine has really made a difference in my desire to work out. I still have to make myself get started, but once I do, I enjoy it so much that I usually do a different workout after HHA. Last week, I did well with the exercise, but not so well with the food at the beginning of the week. After a rough start, I finally got it together. I hope I can keep it up. After getting in a good workout, I would hate to sabotage my efforts by eating too much.
