    Yeah, I need to eat in the morning. I am horrible at it, and have been my entire life! I know eating in the morning is best, I just have to start making myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    breakfast b4 going to bed emoticon so then hold off till after

    I surely do that! It does make a difference. I try to have my breakfast within 1 hr. of getting up. I get a few glasses of water in before I eat. Works for me!
