Excercise, it's a love/ hate relationship. I love the way I feel, I hate to get started doing it. I think I'm good at pushing myself thru and pushing my body to the max. I haven't been very good at staying motivated to keep exercising. This time though, I have other things in mind besides the scale. I'm looking forward to my clothes looking better, I know I need to improve my health and I am excited about looking better, so it is more than just a number and I finally am doing this for myself.
