Time to take a deep breath and restart properly. I don't eat enough, or often enough, so my body holds on to what it has! I have to move forward and eat more - even if I don't particularly feel like it! I have to do more, be proactive, not just reactive. And remember that whilst numbers are important, they are not the only measure of success! Wish me luck!

    Hello...Spark People has become my support groups for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

    Moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

    I understand this, I was not eating enough and have learned to eat 3 healthy meals, including breakfast, that was always hard for me. emoticon

    Good luck. I was like you but now I keep plain non-fat greek yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit always available . I buy the string cheese 80 calorie packs , Belvita whole grain snacks and Yoplait light handy for convenience but mostly to keep light , healthy snacks around. Oh and the almonds ( 24-28 per serving ). emoticon emoticon emoticon
