"Then quit smoking! Second hand smoke is even more harmful than we thought, especially when it comes to its effect on the heart and blood vessels. According to new research, the spouse and children of a smoker may suffer almost as much as the one lighting up."

Both my parents smoked, but quit when we kids badgered them about the Surgeon General's report of it's ill affects on health back in the 60's, thank goodness!

Araza...when we were dating, my now husband quit when I wouldn't let him kiss me...he smelled and tasted terrible. He quit cold turkey...and we have now been married 44 years! I am so glad YOU quit, too, for your sake and for those who love you.
