but its a good tired. I forgot how much activity it takes to get 10,000 steps in each day. Right now I'm getting 8000-9000, and that is me pushing. I'm still aiming for 10,000 but I'm happy where I am right now.
With the weather improving, I'm taking my dog on long walks on the weekends. I want to work this into weekdays too, but the problem is I need to find time. I just ordered a new slow cooker. My old one is too big and I'm eating leftovers forever and that isn't what I like to do. A day or two is fine, but not a week. Plus neither my husband or son help me eat the leftovers, so I'm still cooking for them.
So I'm going to start with using the slow cooker once a week so I can do a walk when I'm usually cooking dinner. But I'm torn. On the one hand I want to take my dog on a longer walk because its really healthy for her too. On the other hand, I would love to go to the local school and use their track, which is less impact. I may just have to wait until I get things rolling to see what works best.
