trying, has more than one meaning.

Foot issues.
Weather issues.
Trying my patience. I have been trying to walk but so many obstacles in my way.
I was so disappointed in myself when I got on the scale at the doctors office Monday.
I know,
I have to own it and work thru it and change it.
I am trying.
I am eating healthier, for awhile I wont even lie, or sugar coat it, and speaking of sugar, that is pretty much what happened to me.
I went totally off track and was eating cookies and cake and ice cream and pie and I dont even know why.
What was causing it, probably just boredom of sitting in the house so much. During the very long 2 weeks of snow and ice that kept me home.
No more excuses, and no more lying to myself.
I cant lie when I get on the scale, I have to take responsibility for what I do and eat.

Being bored and sitting around the house can be a huge trigger for binging. I think if you kept yourself busy, it would help eliminate some of the food triggers. What about volunteering some of your time somewhere. That would not only make you feel good inside, it would help calorie burning too. Good luck!

Keep trying! Trying is better than quitting. If you keep trying, something good will come of it. It might take a while. You might have some things to learn. But something good will come. You only fail if you quit trying.
