My Exercise Needs

For this weekend's challenge, we're doing a Choose Your Own Adventure challenge, and one of the choices is to research what would be the best cardio for you and write about it. So... I went to the blog of one of my inspirations - M, also known as Cipher1971:
She went to exercise at about.com and took a quiz, and I followed in her footsteps.
I got The Free Spirit - and it nailed me as I need a REGULAR routine - that's my downfall. My other downfall is dealing with fairly consistent RA-type flare-ups. I'm dealing with that medically now, but I also need to just get exercise in EVERY day and enough to move me forward.
Interestingly enough - I was encouraged to do a lot of what I do now - exercise videos, dance, etc. They also suggested a dreadmill (not happening) or regular classes at a gym - those are what I tend most to fail at. I do think I'll challenge myself to keep an exercise journal this week, though, and see if I can really up things by the following week.
I want to thank M, again, for the constant inspiration - she is a MOM and has done a lot to change her life - I actually go through the day when I'm starting to flag and think "What Would M Do"?
