Time to re-energize

I am still at it here on Spark, but feel my momentum waning a bit. I am committed to doing this, so I need to invest a bit more energy to get motivated. I am going to start an exercise routine. I have been very successful walking and hiking, but as the hot summer months begin, I know that may be difficult some days. I am trying to make sure that I develop new habits that can be used indoors when necessary. I have an exercise bike and have not used it much over the last several months, preferring to be outside instead. I will dust the thing off and make sure that when it is too hot to walk or bike outside, I will use the bike and also do floor exercises, etc.
