I Can Now

I've been doing Tang Soo Do for about three weeks now. I go 4x a week (well, Tang Soo Do is 3x a week and Kick N Fit is 1x a week). I can feel myself getting stronger and it's an amazing feeling. I would never have considered myself "weak" in the first place, but in the past I could never do a 30 second plank. I can now. I couldn't do a "real" push up. I can now--I can do many of them actually. I couldn't stand straight, bend over and touch my toes. I can now. I'm a work in progress and it's exciting!

Non-scale victories rock!
