I walked 3.18 miles today and I stayed with in my calorie range. I need to
1. Walk more
2. get to bed by 10 at the latest
3. eat fewer desserts
4. NO SNACKS OR FOOD after 8
I have been going to bed around two or three in the morning, so I have gotten hungry and had something to eat at a time I am usually asleep.
