March was an okay month. Had some challenges, but came through victorious. I only lost 2 lbs for the entire month, but I did go down a belt notch this month so I'm sure I'm doing something right. I've lost 16.8 total since January.
Spring break was a challenge and I've had issues getting back 100% since then. I've done my best though and I feel like I've struck a balance. I switched my fitbit goal from 10k steps to 2500 calories per day, so that's been good. I know that if I eat around 1500 calories per day (I cap at 1750 and usually I'm around 1600 to 1650) I'll have enough of a deficit. But it's really just calories in vs. calories out right now. Thats working for me so I am going to keep it up.
April presents some challenges. We have friends coming in from out of town this weekend and that's always good for a few meals. Then next week we are going to Ohio for a few days to visit family and Johnny has a convention. It won't be easy but I will do my best.
