I did it 100,000 points on SP

I did it. Recently I crossed the 100,000 points barrier. And what have I learned?
Personal choices are amazing. It's not my spouse. It's not my job. It's not my children. My weight problems are my choices.
Know your own body. When I eat over 2000 calories in a day, I put on 2 lbs. When I eat only 1500 calories and the SP Tracker says that I have consumed all of the nutrients properly [code for eating a balanced variety of foods], then I lose 2 lbs. It really comes down to my choices. I urge you to join the 5% club. Today my journey to a healthier me is Day #631
