I had lost 80 pounds this time around. Now, I've gained 10 pounds back. I have lost major amounts of weight in the past and have gained them back. What do I need to do to make this a permanent life style change?
1. I need to make exercise a normal part of my life. I know that my fibromyalgia is much better when I'm walking alot.
2 I need to concentrate on healthy foods, not low calorie, not low fat, just good healthy food and preparation methods that make me chose to eat that way 95% of the time.
I don't want to spend the rest of my life needing to focus on my eating and exercising. How do I make it a habit? That's the real question that I need to answer for myself.
