Top 10 Whys for Shaping Up & Reducing My Size

1.) For long term good health.
2.) Reduce or eliminate joint aches and pains.
3.) It will help me keep a young attitude.
4.) I'm going to purchase an age appropriate 2 piece swimsuit this summer, no matter what! If I feel better about my shape it'll be easier to wear.
5.) It will be easier to get up off the floor after stretching or doing yoga.
6.) I want to inspire someone.
7.) Strength building for better golf.
8.) It's reunion time again.
9.) To feel better emotionally.
10.)To prove to myself that I can.
