Had a wonderful night last night with my husband. I was able to get all dressed up which is every girls favorite thing. We both looked fantastic and had a blast catching up with friends that we work with for the youth sports leauge. But I also got to talk about how much I love Shakeology with a friend and share my journey with it.
Today has been a relaxing day, and little running around. Gearing up for a busy week at work. We have Friday off so that means putting in 5 days of work into 4 day. I also have coaches meetings this week so getting to the gym at lunch time is a HAVE to for me. So that is my main focus and drive for this week is to get my workouts in all week long. Simple right....yeah not so much because I get in the zone at work and don't take time for myself. It's horrible because I will sit at my desk the whole time and not move that much. I'll go to the printer, bathroom and to the other side of the floor. So YES the main thing is for me to get in that time.
I also want to hit my daily steps everyday too. This is important to get that back up, especially now that the sun is out and the weather is starting to slowly get warmer. I have a 5K at the end of April and even though my husband and daughter are doing it with me I would love to be able to run it and get a great time.
