what I'd do with an extra hour

Spark Coach said to blog shout what I'd do to take care of me if I had an extra hour each day I would have me time at the gym I really would I spend my days running my family around before I go to work and never seem to have ME time. That hour would recharge me. I am going to see if I can carve out that hour in my day at least several times a week. It would be so good for me. If you have any ideas please comment.

    To build on what KLH702 said in her comment, I just read a blog post where another Spark user put her workouts on her calendar. Then, if she missed the workout, she charged herself a "no-show" fee (just like the doctor's office does!) to remind herself that this was a serious appointment.

    If you want to ease into regular workouts, the San Antonio sparkteam is doing a Fitness FIesta challenge this month. It is super easy - each week, a new workout video is posted and you just keep track of the number of days that you do the workout. Each video is no more than 15 minutes long, and it can be done in a small space (like an office) and requires no additional workout equipment. I hope you will join us - this week's workout is a 12-minute indoor power walking workout and everyone in the challenge has really enjoyed this video.     I've read an article that says to make an appointment with yourself just like you make a doctors appt., dentist appt etc, make an appt with YOU, everyday, if not everyday, at least every other day and keep that appointment, if people ask if you can meet or do something, say no I have a meeting :o)
