Slow Cooked Sweet and Sour Chicken (396g)

Introduction
My very picky family loved this. It was created so that one serving covers one cup of rice.

Minutes to Cook: 240
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients
32.6 oz (2Ibs) Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless Diced
192 grams 1 Cup) Sugar, Golden Brown, Pure Cane: C and H
2 cups Water
1/2 cup Vinegar, Cider
34 gram (2Tbsp) Tomato, Ketchup: Great Value
8.3 grams (1 tsp) Soy Sauce: Kikkoman
48 grams (6 Tbsp) Corn Starch
454 gram (1 Bag) Vegetables, Far East Blend: Great Value
184 grams (1 Large) Green Peppers Diced
326 grams (20 oz can) Pineapple Drained and Diced

Directions
1. Mix brown sugar, water, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce together in a bowl.
2. Mix 2Tbsp cornstarch with just enough water to create a thick liquid and add the above mixture.
3. Place chicken in slow cooker .
4. Pour sauce over chicken.
5. Cook on high for about 2 hours.
6. Mix 2Tbsp cornstarch with just enough water to create a thick liquid and add to the chicken in the slow cooker and stir.
7. Turn the slow cooker to low.
8. 60 Minutes before serving stir in frozen stir fry veggies and stir.
9. At this time Mix 2Tbsp cornstarch with just enough water to create a thick liquid and add it to the slow cooker and stir.
10. 30 minutes before serving add the diced pineapple to the slow cooker and stir
11. Serve one serving over one cup of cooked white rice.
