This is the LTC for week 3 - to write a blog on "How will I feel when I reach my goal weight?"









What is my goal? My goal is to become healthier, to reach a healthy weight. I want to get off a lot of my meds.

In order to reach these goals I need to believe I can do it, I need to make a plan, I need to follow the plan. I need to stop looking at past failures. I can do this.

Is this all achievable, most definitely. Will this happen overnight? Not at all.

How will I feel when I reach my goal weight? I will feel happy, ecstatic, proud. I will feel a lot healthier.
