I think I might have found what works. This week I've been mainly focusing on calories and my food choices. I haven't worked out this week at all. Trying to get as many steps in as possible, which is hard because I work a sit down job 8-10 hours a day and I work 5-6 days a week.
I found a different place to track and it told me 1400 cal. So all week I've done great with staying there or just under. Today I know we're going to eat out, so I'm preparing for that from the beginning in hopes of not going over. Maybe it's just water weight coming off, who knows but I'll take it.
I've been up and down staying within 3 or so lbs for so long now. I'm ready for change. Last time I weighed 188 was 5 weeks ago. And now stupid TOM is coming up soon. I get out of control sometimes with it. Then sometimes I get out of control on the weekends. Those are especially hard for me. My bf asks me something about what am I doing and I say tracking my calories and it's almost like I don't even want to tell him cuz then I hear Oh My God why don't you just go outside and eat a leaf or a piece of grass and then you'll be full. Rude, I know!
