Day 5 - personal challenge

I noticed today that I have a tough time transitioning after each meal. It's like I'm afraid I'll never eat again. Or maybe I am delaying moving on to my next task. I did well recognizing this today. I still ate more than I should have at dinner. But I did try to take a few minutes after to relax - which seemed to help with the transition to the rest of the evening.
