Tomorrow we are leaving for Knoxville, TN to do our third half marathon of 2015. Our goal was to complete 4-6 this year, so we are well ahead of schedule!
They have pacing groups for this race. Our fastest time ever has been 2:58, and we'd like to try to beat that. We are hoping to join a pacing group of 2:45 and see what happens.
I am not at my thinnest, but may be at my STRONGEST, so it's a possibility...
Of course I'm worried to death about the food but we'll be taking healthy snacks and hopefully that will be enough. To be honest with you, I'm not sure wogging a half marathon negates the "rest week" before or the post-race party after! But they sure are fun and I LOVE the bling!
