Why should I be disappointed in myself !

Today I stand on the bathroom scale and saw I gained 4 lbs and started to get upset seeing I have gained instead of losing. I then thought to myself that I had been off the chia seeds for a couple of weeks and have been putting in more exercising walking and playing wii games which you have to work out. Then I had to go out of state for a funeral for a friend which my eating habits were not good do to not eating on time or skipping meals. I also wonder if I have water retention built up because I have a leakage heart valve which can cause problems of swelling and ect.. who knows I am just going to try harder this week to get it off and hopefully more. then I thought well maybe it is muscles and I am losing inches because my clothes are fitting okay.I knowI can do it I may have to get the metabolism up and start doing something different to get it kick back.I just have to read some more articles and see what ways I can get metabolism
