30 Day Reset Challenge - Day 3

Well here I am ten days later after starting this challenge and just up to day 3. I ahve only been working out 30 minutes a day, rather than the hour like I want.
The specificity for my goal that this day requires is that I want to get down to 125 lbs and stay there. I want to ride a century on my bicycle and run a half marathon with my husband and son.
I want to be able to ride the century by the end of the summer. The half marathon will be ran in December - the RocknRoll Marathon in San Antonio.
The way I am going to make all of this happen is that I am going to work out at least an hour a day.
Now let's just see if I can keep up with this blog thing. My last post was my first one in almost 2 years. I could not believe it was that long ago when I sat and read previous blogs a few minutes ago. UGGGGHHHHH.
