Well, a few of you read that I had fainted last week. An update on that: The docs don't know what it was all about. Hopefully it was just some kind of perfect storm thing that my body just couldn't deal. If not, we will find out when it happens again!
Otherwise, I am so far behind on my weight loss goals. It's like I do great for 1-2 weeks, then fall off the wagon for the same amount of time. I keep losing the same 5lbs over and over again. I'm just desperate to get to below 155lbs by April 20. That is the date of my surgery. Then after that I only have about a month after recovery to lose another 10lbs before my best friend's wedding!
I'm trying really hard to get my workouts in. I made the mistake of wearing high heeled boots over the weekend and my plantar fasciitis flared up. I am still having a hard time running without wanting to cry, but I keep trying. Yesterday I managed I get in my 10 to 1 KB swings and burpees. Man, those suck. I always want to quit after the first 2 rounds. But I manage to finish! Soon I will have less rest time in between sets. Then maybe I'll eventually be able to add 11 and 12 rep sets! Now that it is staying light later I hope to get out for evening walks with the dog too. I'm going to try to do as much exercising as I can between now and April 20. I need to get into some kind of functioning routine!
