Feel that energy

i know I've had a good workout when I feel energized and alive. I love that feeling! It just makes my whole day better. So why do I find it so easy to skip my workout? I have to remind myself that although I feel sluggish now after my workout gets my blood pumping I will feel SO much better.

    I also struggle with keeping on top of my workout plans. What helps me is keeping a list/poster of why I like working out near my TV to remind myself to get up and get moving!
