Today is my second day of my transformation. I am excited about the phone app. . I didn't know you could scan food data into the tracker. I will make tracking my intakes a breeze. I was afraid I would have to enter all the nutritional data myself. Whew! That is a relief.

Another thing I noticed today is that I am in better shape than I realized. I was able to complete a 30 min work out plus additional 10 minutes after that at moderate pace. I am stoked! Whoo Hoo! Feeling good today! Good exercise choices. good meal choices! Awesome!
