The 90 Day Journey - Day 68

Tues: Morning workout: 30 push-ups, 35 mountain climbers, 35 squats, 8 burpees, high knees for 60 seconds, 2 rounds. Evening workout: first day running/walking hills-one hour. I surprised myself, I didn't think I could make it to the top of the hill that was my nemesis all last year but guess what? I made it to the top without stopping!! emoticon
