Being positive

One thing I'm really good at is being positive. I try to see some good in everything and prefer to focus my attentions on the blessings that I do have rather than focusing on what I lack . I really feel this helps me enjoy life better, helps depression in my life, and is healthy for my self esteem. I'm positive it is!
