I've been trying to keep at my goal weight and was doing a pretty good job of it. Then I decided to lower my goal weight and everything went haywire.Everything seemed to be happening at once. I got a new job , and it was my birthday, and I still have my wedding anniversary to go through this weekend. Each time I try to stay within my calorie range but it's not always easy and then it just seems to roller coster away from me.
I'm back to basics again this morning and hopefully I'll manage to keep it that way even on the weekend. It will be our 40th wedding anniversary and the Children are taking us out with family and friends to celebrate. But at least this will only be one day not a week of celebrating ,like it was for my birthday.
Oh well I've come this far and I'm determined not to let it get away from me so I will be tracking my food and water and excerise untill I can't track it anymore.I find that this is what really helps me along the way.
This week I ended up with a 2.6 pound gain But in the olden days it would have been a lot more.
so back to basics and watching what goes into my That's the way to go.

Hi Margaret, Maintaining is the hard part, or so I've been told. I think it's perfectly natural for you weight to go up and down a few pounds each month. Good for you in going back to the basics to keep a lid on it. Happy belated birthday and happy anniversary! Hugs, Karon
