The 90 Day Journey - Day 66 and 67

Sun. Day 66 - hour long walk (active rest day)
Mon. Day 67 - AM workout: 25 pushups, 2 rounds of 40 jumping jacks, 30 mountain climbers, and running in place for 60 seconds. And 3 sets of 20 kettle bell swings with a 15 pound KB. This evening's plan: cardio and upper body(tris, bis, shoulders, back and chest. Will mark goal met when completed. The plan for the evening didn't happen, way to tired from work.
And I LOVE IT!!!
