Starting To See Change

It took me a lot of courage to post these, as I always fear being judged. I was feeling brave today. I am a very visual person and need to see the changes happening to keep me motivated. I could feel them almost immediately, but now I am starting to see them as well. This is after 24 days and 16 lbs lost...working out 5-6 days a week and watching the foods I eat. No pills, no starvation, no surgery
